Nose Wheel sinks into ground A320 when braking?

Hi there guys, I wanted to know if anyone knows how to solve the problem with the nose wheel on the A320 sinking into the ground when applying the brakes.I think the contact points need to be changed but do not know what values they should be and which point it is?Kind RegardsGavin Moss
