Why did we have to pay for certain liveries????

Hello Gang!I need some clarification here. One of the liveries I pre-ordered was the UAL 777-200. I just downloaded it for "FREE" from the PSS Support / User Edits section. What Now? I paid for it, but I no longer need it because it is available for free in their website. Can I change that choice for another?What's the story?Sincerely,Dennis D. Mullert

I think the answer is that the liveries we bought are official PSS liveries for the plane, and those avalable for free download from the PSS site are User Edits.So I wouldn't have thought they'd give a refund but I could be wrong ;-)David.

great! And user edits are all great quality and there is no difference to official liveries
