Does PSS do refunds?

I doubt you guys do but do you do refunds for the 777?

It depends on what manner the refund is requested.Simple terms:* I dont like it - no* It won't run on my low spec PC - no (we list the minimum spec)* I can't install it - no (support will always assist with install issues)Like all electronic downloads, its simply impossible to police that you have removed the product. Im not saying you would but there are people who would try for a refund and keep a backup; it's sad but true.I don't know of any other FS developer who will even entertain the notion of a refund. We at PSS however will certainly listen, via email to support@phoenix-simulation.co.uk on a case by case basis.
