fs2004 crashing

running into a problem when flying the 777 all variantswhen i run fs2004 in backround and use any type of text programword,excel, powerpoint,etc it causes flt sim to crashget the usual error message and then closes.looked into the error message but its all microsoft speakim running xp pro sp2 3.06 p4 2gig ram ati850xt agpany help would be appreciatedthanksnick b aa-ret

Nick,This isn't PSS related. Whilst I can run Word, Excel and Access (with a default FS2004) if I try powerpoint or frontpage fs will crash.Loading (or installing) a PSS aircraft doesn't change this.
