777 N1 during start

Before the updated 777-200LR was released (from the last one without the load and fuel planner to the new one with the load and fuel planner included)I noticed when starting the engines manually, the N1 doesn't go higher than 2.5Before the new one, the one without the fuel and load planner, I could crank it up to 3.5 N1 and start it, that was easy to avoid hot start.

Chris,NOTHING changed within the aircraft. All that happened was the addition of the utilities.
