Patch install problems

When I try installing the T7 patch from a fresh installer download, it gets to a point where it's almost finished then it asks for disk #1 to be inserted (I purchased from the website) because it's looking for a file called, "ptfA17.tmp." Where can I find this file? I've tried doing a search for it but couldn't find it anywhere on my hard drive.Sincerely,Ray Jornd2nd OfficerAmerican Airlines Virtual

Ray,Nowhere on the installer does such a message exist.Please can you screenshot it and send a copy by email to support please.
