777 professional CD version

I have the PSS 200LR version and was thinking of adding the 300 ER version, but even at 25% off the weak dollar does not make this attractive when one can buy it all for $44.00 on the CD Version.Has anyone upgraded like this and found problems? Would I have to unintall the version I already bought from PSS.How have folks found pathes from Just Flight to be in timeliness?ThanksGreg
