No Engine Sound

The 200 cargo has external engine sound that fades away on full throttle ( 100%N no engine sound at all), but no internal engine sound. No 80kts etc. calls, flaps are there, wheels rolling are there.The 300 has no engine sound at all, niether external nor internal.Ran the Acft config with same results.Any suggestions?
