Download Failed

Hello I just bought the 757 and and on the 3rd file it stops and says "Download Failed". All of my firewalls are off and Norton is disabled. Any body have any suggestions?John

I had that happen too - it's probably due to all the downloads happening on the PSS site at the time. Restart your installer and it will go through - mine was perfect 2nd time.
