Hi does anyone know if its possible to have ships follow set paths at set times in fs2002 like in combat fs2

Disclaimer: I've never tried this!If you have 2 towered seaplane bases you might be able to have a ship running between those if you set altitude to 0 in the plan.It would take a great circle route, so if the direct path leads over land....

That might work, maybe they would do some taxiing before leaving to the sea and wait for a "takeoff" clearance :).Otherwise you could also use old dynamic scenery or the new kind of technique that was recently shown in the BusyObject Demo scenery.So there are options, but if AI is the best I doubt....Arno
