Info on DC-9 release mentioned in news?

Does anyone have information about the Van's DC-9 that it says was released in the Avsim news? The link to the site isn't working, so does anyone know anything about it?

It looks like they are experiencing a server problem or extremely heavy traffic. The response time from their server is out of this world, like over 1700ms. That is why the page is SLOOOOW loading up. Brent Hebert
