Help!!! My French Airports are Missing....

Featured Replies

Okay, here's the situation.Back in December I did a complete reinstallation of FS2002 and my add-ons. I also installed the entire Lago TerraMesh series and a number of freeware airport sceneries for some European airports including RealCDG v2(LFPG) by Yannick Mille, CDG Real Ground Texture by Olivier Bochu, and Orly2002 by Yannick Mille. At the time I installed RealCDG I noticed the scenery was messed up with all the textures seemingly suspended in mid-air. I recently got around to troubleshooting the problem when I noticed that ALL my French airports are screwed up. I only see bare dirt when I go to ANY airport in France.I don't have my default airport sceneries back even after I uninstalled RealCDG and deleted Orly2002 and the CDG Real Ground textures. Can anyone tell me how to get the default airports back? Will restoring the original EURSWAFD.BGL file help? Thanks for any help in solving this problem.

Anyone?

I have no idea how you can get them back. Are you sure that all areas are turned on in the library etc? Also restoring the eurnwafd.bgl file will not help, as that is only the AFD data and not the visual scenery.Arno

If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done.

I think you're rushing to judgement and being a cowboy. You must give the inspectors more time to find out about the french scenery files.
