February 23, 200323 yr upon the runway!It seems that there is a glitch with ATC in this regard. If there are seven (for instance) flights in the lineup....after two receive clearance and do take off, the third flght lines up on the threshold and then just sits there. Other flights back up behind it...and the departure road-show comes to a halt.Does anybody else have this problem?Mitch R.
