ILS Problems?

Featured Replies

Anyone else having problems on ILS approach? Having attempted most if not all other solutions (Driver Upgrades, Hardware Issues, Direct X sound options, Virtual memory setting, Msconfig options etc in regards to rectifying CDT's I am of the opinion there must be a fault with FSX.Whilst achieving 25fps on ultra high setting I am generally satisfied with FSX, however if anyone can suggest why my computer freezes (95% of the time) on ILS approach flying a Boeing 747 I would appreciate it.If this means anything an error message was sent to Microsoft as follows:-"The system has recovered from a serious error"C:DOCUME~1******~1LOCALS~1TempWER6937.dir00Mini113006-01.dmpC:DOCUME~1******~1LOCALS~1TempWER6937.dir00sysdata.xml

My PC crashed again this time prior to takeoff. Message "The instruction at 0x20c69e0e referenced memory at 0x08c23e14. The memory could not be read".Any ideas?

Updated my VIA Raid Driver & Serial BUS Controller and problem appears to be solved. Not sure which driver was causing the problem, however it appears the CTD was indeed a driver issue. Hope this may help others solve similar CTD problems.
