Hi Guys, I am unable to load FSX with Pete's marvelous program installed. I have tried everything even uninstalling Norton Security . If I disable FSUIPC4 in the dll file by changing False to True FSX loads fine. In the past three months I must have repaired FSX at least a dozen times.It doesn't seem to like any changes. Anyone else having this problem. I have tried the suggestions by Microsoft ( see FSINSIDER) to make sure the "localhost/127.0.0.1 is accepting fsx addons. In the old days all you had to do was to put Pete's DLL into the modules folder. EXHAUSTED! rnails

Hi, Problem solved. Autothumbnail was keeping FSUIPC.4 from installing and causing a CTD. Renaming or deleting the XML.exe file solved the problem. The answer,of course, is on Pete's forum http://forums.simflight.com/viewforum.php?f=54 explaining the revised installation method. rnails ( happy again)
