CTD need help

Hi alli dont know whether the question is relevant to FSX or not. Everytime time the system crashes when i am playing FSX or FS9, i get the below message in my Event Log. Could this be the reason for the CTD? If so how can i solve it. Please can anyone could guide me on this.
