fs9 CTD post FSX uninstall ?why

Hi,I uninstalled FSX 2 weeks ago and ran the registry fix from flight 1 to fix the FS9 registry path,but ever since the uninstall FS9 CTD,s without a error message anywhere between 1 to 10 mins after loading a flight and i have no idea why.
