If you mean to build one for your sim, there's an article in last months Computer Pilot magazine (Volume 10, Issue 11, Nov. 2006) on just how to do that. Log onto www.pcaviator.com or www.computerpilot.com to subsribe. You can order back issues of their magazines. They run an article called, " Cockpit Building Series " every month.
