Water Effects FS9

Featured Replies

I have search this forum but did not find an answer to my problem. When I set my water effects sider to max and then go back to flying, it defaults back to LOW when I check it again. Is this a function of my graphics card? Also, how can I get water reflections from the sun on the ocean in FS9?Thanks,Vic

Do you click "O.K" after making you're changes in the Settings section? There are several add ons that give sun reflections for FS9, but the best one in my opinion is Flight Environment. www.flight1.comJohn M

When all else fails, click HELP. I clicked the help button and read that "Not all graphics cards support water effects". So I guess my card does not support them. I can see the waves breaking on shore, but no reflections. Darn... Oh well, no water reflections for me.

well, what card is it? This would help........
