ATC cannot send and recieve

Hi, I just reinstalled PSS 777 on my computer. But I cannot use ATC, when I try to send or recieve i cannot do so. It doesn't work at all. Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know if it is because of the pss 777 or not. I have read a few posts concerning the pss 777 and ATC problems. ThanksShea

in creating a flight first load a default FS aircraft (such as the cessna).after the flight loads then load the 777.what you describe is likely part of the FS9 'dead battery glitch.'--
