April 22, 200719 yr is it me or my sidewinder is really sensitive....could any user with sidewinder tell me how the exact sensitivity should be on the joystick... i cant seem to grip to stay on the center line if my nose is push to the left i correct by rudder right, but then half way you will notice its way off ... :( i cant seem to land also centered, usually either on the left or right but rarely center .... could someone here who is a guru on fs share their expeirences about sidewinder and sensitivity to be more less sensitive, even on the setting on fs9 its too unrealistic.. or are those the problem of inaccurate flight dynamics?please help... thanks
April 22, 200719 yr I am guessing that you have installed the software for the Sidewinder. If not, that is the source of the problem. If you are using the default software, delete it, and install the Sidewinder software, and then connect the joystick, and calibrate. I've used my Sidewinder for many years, some for NASCAR online league racing, and FS9 without any problems. Only after a reinstall of FS9 do I have to start with a fresh install.Part of the secret of success in life is to eat what you like -M.Twain
