Track IR 3 and Vista

Just re-installed FS9 in Vista. Small problem in that FS9 does not seem to be detected by Track IR when FS9 has started. Works okay in FSX and Lock On. The FSX/FS9 combo worked okay in XP. Also the control program refuses to run at Vista start up even though the option is ticked. Software version 4.1 build 30.Any thoughts appreciated.
