As the title suggests, how do I remove default AI traffic from FS2004? Would be useful if there were distinctions too, like removing Airline traffic or GA traffic.

If you use or get Ultimate Traffic (payware) you can control which aircraft you wish to have in FS, or which ones you don't by simply clicking them on/off.John M

The default traffic is in the file traffic030528.bgl in the Scenery/World/Scenery folder.The difference between airline and GA traffic in FS is the entry in the aircraft.cfg file fltsim.x section - the line atc_airline=Any entry in that line - it's airline traffic - no entry in that line or the line missing - it's GA traffic.Which is why some Cessna Caravans are Airline Traffic in FS and some jets will be GA traffic in FS.
