the dedicated team at FSfrance often came up with quality freeware planes ,with or without VC ( for most of them ).well , after mike stone and thinus pretorius ( among TOO many others ) , it is their turn to give up developing freewares to the FS community .in this thread on their forums ( http://fsfranceapp.free.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19886 ) , they announce :Quote:Erich buchmann did it again.he took 2 new models (beluga and C17) and use them in Pack, without asking permission, and giving credits to other people in order to blur us or by giving credits to himself.it doesn't seem like it is the first time this happens to one of their release so they decided to end it .another loss for the FS freeware community

It looks as though they need a little bit of guidance as far as taking legal action against this individual.As members of this community, we simply cannot sit in front of our computer screen and let another freeware developper pack it in because of unpunished criminal activity.

so far , the incriminated files ( along with some others submitted by this person ) have been taken off several sites ( FSfreeware and simviation among others ) after many complaints were adressed to them . as far as legal actions go , it can get very costly ... too costly for an activity given out of their passion for this hobby without any monetary compensation but the thanks of the users . people all over the thread in the FSfrance forum ( as i write now , thread up to 9 pages long ) are also giving possible ways to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen anymore , or at the very least , to limit this type of abuse .hopefully , this support will help convince them to reconsider ...i encourage everyone to write in the FSfrance forums to show support . maybe it will make them change their mind on the subject ( if you don't know french , use a free online translator , some have already done it ) .
