FS2002 + Vista

Featured Replies

Hi!I know I'm in the FS2004 forum, but I couldn't find a FS2002 forum, so I ask here:Is it possible to run FS2002 under Windows Vista (home premium) without any problems?Regards,Harry

I haven't seen any issues.I have it setup to "Run as Administrator" to run in "XP Compatability Mode" and to disable themes.I have also set the rights to the FS2002 folder to give my ID Full Control. Now, I don't fly it often - mainly using it for testing on occasion. But no problems. If you've got a box with enough power to run Vista decently - it should make FS2004 shine - I'd definitely recommend trying it out.Though if you have a favorite aircraft or scenery which you can't move to a new version of FS - I'd certainly understand staying with FS2002.
