Embraer 110

Featured Replies

I recently downloaded the Embraer 110 by Michelle-Angelo Thode. The plane uses the default 737 2D panel, and I am not able to get gauges in the VC. In fact I think not the bitmaps either- just a gray background where the panel is.I have exchanged several emails with Michelle-Angelo. But I still am not sure of the solution, especially for the VC as it looks nice to my eye in the panel folder. (probably just a language problem)I have tried a few things including copying the gauges to the gauges folder, etc.. If anyone can suggest a solution I would appreciate it..

I know this sounds silly but is your panel.cfg calling the VC?Scroll down and see if you see headers like this along with their attendant list of gauges:-----------------------------------------------------------------[Vcockpit01]gauge00=PS737NG!PS737NGEHSIMINSMODEKNOB, 536,465,43,43gauge01=PS737NG!PS737NGEHSIBAROMODEKNOB, 705,465,43,43gauge02=PS737NG!PS737NGEHSIARPTBUTTON, 630,559,24,23gauge03=PS737NG!PS737NGEHSIFPVBUTTON, 606,463,18,18gauge04=PS737NG!PS737NGEHSIMODEKNOB, 582,513,40,40[Vcockpit02]gauge00=757_asi!rp732_asi_fs2k, 208,545,126,125gauge01=Boeing747-400!Autopilot Heading Window, 975,314,80,25gauge02=737-400!Flaps Ext, 1228,595,29,15gauge03=757_adi_efiss!rp733_adi_efis, 353,495,236,227gauge04=757_ra!test, 589,760,129,130-----------------------------------------------------------------etc.

Hmmm seems its all there and those are default gauges....And they have "VCockpit" headings right? So this plane you downloaded has its own VC but at this time its bare of gauges. Its tough without seeing your installation but speaking from experience:-load your default 737-400...do you see its gauges?-are the gauges in the *2D panel* of the Embraer working?-check spelling of panel folder (panl, panell etc)-if you aliased it then undo it and give the plane its own panel folder. -check structure & path of folder, for example:FS9/Aircraft/Embraer 110/panel <---correct

Got it.There were 3 panel cfg's in the Panel folder. "panel-737", "Panel-737 backup", and "Panel-embraer" (something like that) Once I changed the name of the Embraer panel cfg to "Panel" it worked. Thanks for all the suggestions and help.

Great! Glad you got it working!
