Black screen

Featured Replies

Hello all,I usually run FS in full screen mode. I was trying to use the FSFlying School demo so I had to go to windows screen in order to open FSFlying School and hit the "connect button". When I tried to go back to full screen the screen went "black" and never did open to full screen. Any help on this? Thanks,Mike

This happens to me sometimes when using a complex addon aircraft with a program like squakbox and activesky and dragging its different panels to different monitors. If you are using multi monitors, make sure flyingschool is completely in the other monitor and part of the window isnt hanging over into the monitor you are running fs on. Also, make sure you click on the fs9 window to highlight it before you press alt enter again as that can cause the blackness you mentioned. It has for me and is very annoying! Also, could you tell me your system specs? A slow system might have some problems when running flightsim along with another program but it is unlikely with just that one separate program operating. Dont hesitate to ask anymore questions if you dont fix it with these tips!
