I did a HD reformat, and reinstalled XP again and notice since then, when I am using FS2002 I have throttle problems. What happens is if I go back into windows, like hit the windows key on the keyboard from FS2002 then go back into FS2002 and unpause it the throttle is all mucked up like the engine goes up and down in sound. Meaning it revs up and drops down, revs up drops down, etc. If I press pause, and unpause it this fixes the problem. I never had this problem before, or at least never noticed it before. Has anyone else had this problem, or get the same problem in XP?

Since you reformatted and reinstalled XP, did you reinstall the drivers for your controller chips, sound, graphics adapter, etc. Did you update WinXP with SP1 and pre-SP2 updates/fixes?If all you did was reinstall WinXP then that may be your problem since the basic installation on installs drivers enough to get the OS to operate.
