Something weird happens when I'm near Bremerton KPWT and west of Orca Island KORS where for a short time all my txtures go blurry except my gauges. If that doesnt work do the old tried and true uninstallation test. Uninstall each scenery one by one for that area while checking each time you remove a scenery if the problem disappears. This method usually will tell you if its an addon problem.
