Is there any way possible to just delete vhhh and have the 9dragons vhhx as vhhh pretending that it never closed?

I don't believe so i'm afraid. Even though the modern day VHHH is technicaly not open yet in our version, VHHH is still in the main FS9 default scenery list. Therefore the 9Dragons scenery 'closes' VHHH by giving it a blank AFCAD with no runways. Runways or not, VHHH is still recognised as an airport in FS9 and so the fictional code VHHX code is still needed as they cannot be shared.

Hi,In my experience, trying to move a default airport that far (which is what FS sees you doing) subjects you to all kinds of problems. It appears FS does not like airport items so far away from the default airport reference point (used for many things even with addon AFCADs).
