Building crash although the Ignore crash is enabled

Has anyone faced with the dreaded message building crash although the Ignore crash is ON in the FS options?I just lost a 3 1/2 flight from Korea to KaiTak because on turning final I received the building crash message.I am using PMDG744 with v2 of 9Dragons Kaitak. Some test I have made, departure from VHHH landing on VHHX didn't led to a crash!!!chris
