black ground textures at airports

Whenever I am at an airport all of the ground textures are black just adjacent to runways and taxiways. The texture of the runways, aprons, and taxiways are correct. It is also black when flying over airports.I have Ultimate Terrain installed and FSGENESIS landclass installed.I have a Dell Dimension Pentium 4 2.8 ghz processor with 1 GB of memeory and an ATI 1300 video card. I run AA at 2x and AF at 4x.Any suggestions would be welcome.ThanksMike from Arlington,TX
