FS9 Flashing Lights on AI Aircraft

Are there any addons, payware or freeware, that get around the "flashing lights in unison" seen on AI aircraft in FS9? Irregardless of how much more realistic lights can look with the nice Shockwave offering as well as a freeware option or two I've seen, it seems to me that having all AI lights flashing on/off at the same time is one of the most unrealistic aspects of FS9. Two questions:- is there a way to fix this either with a tweak or addon, so that the lights don't all flash at the same time at night;- does this issue still exist with FSX?Thanks.

Thanks Douglas!Seems the file's actually called "asynchronous_strobes_effects.zip" and it's by Gridley of fsfreeflow.com fame. Don't know how I missed this.I'll give it a shot tonight.Thanks again!
