PIC 737 FLIGHTPLANS

Featured Replies

Hi guys...After a HD crash that took away 5 years of work, planes, paintkits...etc... I've now reinstalled FS9 with a new video card and it runs very nice.I installed my favorite plane...the 737-300 (with my merge of the 50North plane and the Wilco panel). Before the crash everything was OK..I could load flightplans directly into the FMC. (I know the procedure of course). With the new install, there's just no way I can do it. I do it the same way.1) Create in FSNavigator the flightplan2) Export to FS2004 in the "Flight Simulator Files" folder as FS2004 format3) Load the flightplan into FS through the Fight Planner4) Push the "Route Request" in the panel's FMC.The message "CAN NOT IMPORT PLAN".... I've tried all without success. Hopefully someone can help me figure this one out.Best regardsDanielhttp://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p275/b7...ics/DH_sign.jpgDownload my files here in AVSIM:http://library.avsim.net/search.php?CatID=...&Go=Change+View

daniel:i'm assuming that you did a 'clean' install of the OS using a winXP rescue disk. my first guess is that some component of the OS is missing (these types of rebuilds never work right in my opinion ... i had issues on a computer that had an HD crash ... after 'rebuild' it was never the same).post your question on the feelThere support forum to get Q&A from the programmers of the 737 as they will now 'what bits' may be missing -http://www.iemit.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=15--edit: typos--

Scoob:I did something that allowed me to load the flightplan:1) All the steps of the above post.2) Load the default Cessna and load the flighplan into the FS9 flightplanner. (This appears into the GPS)3) Load the PIC737...and route request in the FMC.....flightplan loaded!!Maybe there's a bug somewhere and maybe some guys can help out in telling what's happening.Best RegardsDanielhttp://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p275/b7...ics/DH_sign.jpgDownload my files here in AVSIM:http://library.avsim.net/search.php?CatID=...&Go=Change+View
