I was wondering what I would use to make a water runways for fs9

Use Lee Swordy's AFCAD program. Don't assign a texture for the runway surface. FS9 will know the runways are there even if you cant see Them. I created a couple for Freeflow Bahamas. They're in the download section of freeflows Home page. http://www.fs-freeflow.com/index.php. Everythings got to be kept invisible including the taxiways and water parking ramps. And of course your AI aircraft have to keep their wheels up when landing or it just doesn't look rightBill:P
