ATC/Frequent handoff fix for FS 2004?

Featured Replies

I had just recently reinstalled FS2004 on a new PC machine, and quickly realized why I disliked flying with it. During a flight from LGA to BOS I must've been handed off 20-30 times. I don't believe Microsoft had ever fixed the issue, so my question is, are there any 3rd party add-ons (free or commercial) that address this issue? Maybe real ATC?My second question is regarding dynamic scenery. I remember when I first purchased FS2004 I also purchased a commercial add-on which created dense dynamic scenery (airplanes) which flew according to their real-life schedules. I cannot recall the name of this add-on.Whatever help would be greatly appreciated guys!Cheers-G

Hi Gordon,For your first question have a look at Radar Contact - a commercial alternative to the default ATC. www.jdtllc.com/For the second have a look at Ultimate Traffic or My Traffic (both commercial products). There is a freeware option also but it involves lots of downloads for global coverage. The commercial alternatives are easy to install and do have global coverage.Cheers,
