Blurry scenery from Virtual Cockpit

Featured Replies

Ive encounted strange thing,While on spot view the scenery reloads quite fast. But when flying virtual cockpit the scenery remains blurry for a long time.Exiting again to a spot view BANG ! reloads fast.Any idea ?I have a monster system, that wont have any problem.Thx

what aircraft are you using when this occurs? Some, like the 757's from PSS and CaptainSim have VC's which will cause a sizable drop in FPS on pretty much any computer, whether or not that brings it into the range where its noticeable. Also, if the VC in the aircraft you are using has adjustable CRT displays, keep in mind that high settings on these can cause a lot of extra work for your video card.It also might be due to add-on sceneries you might be using... if they are complex with a lot of dynamic and static autogen, those items draw a lot of rendering power from your machine, so combining them with a higher end VC like the ones mentioned, or pretty much any of the higher end VC's for that matter, could lead to blurries.Hope this helps,Greg
