March 22, 200323 yr Author It looks like it renews itself each time you start fs2002. I tried this experiment by renaming effects.cfg to effects.cfg.OLD. Restarted fs2002, let it stabilize at my default location, exited fs2002, and a new effects.cfg way made. Bill Sieffert

Also from the drop-down menu in the MSFS the "smoke I"when ticked doesn't stay...even when I press "I" from the key-board the smoke effect works but when I release the key it stops!!Any thoughts on this?Thanks
