I have eventually got TP running.I now have 2 other problems which I am hoping someone will be kind enough to help me with.1. FSX loads to about 35% and then takes an eternity to complete.and2. When loaded all I see is "squares" with no definition to them?FSX cfg is correct.Help me PLEASE.RegardsRichard

i was having the same problem with the 35% loading...it will eventually load it just takes frickn forever. I was running SP1 now Im gonna go back to RTM as suggested by others.

Does Tileproxy say "Exception=5" in the beginning? That means it uses a simconnect.dll which is incompatible to your FSX RTM version. It can't get aircraft coordinates from the sim and all tiles are super low res as a result. If you see this problem, try installing Tileproxy without the "SP1 is installed" checkbox.

OK Have done that but now cannot load.I get the messages.Load failed with error 0x80070420An instance of the service is alrady runningandAttach failed error 0x801f0013The system could nor find the filter specifiedI'm at a complete loss as to how to get this [email protected]

Filter cannot load - d'oh!Hmm... wrong tileproxy.sys filter driver (64 bit vs 32 bit) installed?

OK back up and running but it still takes a VERY long time for FSX to load and when it has all I can see is indistinct blocks. The dos file says things like problem with transfer and redirecting and individual tile accesses 0 0.0 per secondWhat can I do to get this working.

I guess it's not contacting a valid server.let me guessthe URLs look like loadbalancer0/1/2/3.servicename.com ?That would indicate your module_config string in the INI file has a linebreak in it because it was copied out from a forum posting ;)Future versions will not silently ignore these problems, but come up with pop up messages indicating how to fix the issue.

Yes I have copied from a forum posting but I have also tried to do it directly into the cfg file and neither worked.I do not have the knowledge to figure out the technical terminology used.richardmerlot|@aol.com

I had the 36% problem myself. Properly disabling my virus scanner (in my case: NOD32) solved the problem (just clicking on disable from the taskbar didnt do the trick). Using FSX SP1 and TileProxy v4.Best,Vin
