July 29, 200718 yr I continue to experience what I call "sudden extreme blurring". This is when, for no apparent reason, Microsoft decides to blur both the ground textures and the aircraft textures, including the panel background. This blurring is opposed to the ground texture (photo tiles) mild blurring during the flight of the aircraft. If you have sufficient CPU these blurred textures may clear up on their own. The Microsoft induced extreme sudden blurring simply stays and usually is fixed by reloading FSX.I have seen this problem before TileProxy and before I recently changed out my motherboard and PC with full reloads of XP/SP2 and FSX/SP1. It seems to be related to object density. Since, for me, it is exasperated by TileProxy I was wondering if anyone else has had this sudden, and total, extreme blurring??? July 29, 200718 yr It is a well known problem for FS9 users when specific compressed DXT textures were lacking a mipmap. That triggered a total flush of all textures from the flight simulator.I have never heard from anyone before having this issue with FSX though.
