Screens Going Black

Featured Replies

Hello All, Just started having a problem with the screens going black. With the -400 in FS9 after loading the flight the screens go black about a minute after starting the flight. I thought that it might be an electrical problem but it doesn't appear to be, since it doesn't matter if the aircraft is recieving power form the engines or from the APU or ground power. Strangely enough, I don't have this problem with the -400F: it behaves like it always has. Any ideas? Thanks,Lee Marks

Lee, That sounds like a verification problem. Try uninstalling then reinstalling the aircraft and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, contact support through email with your name and order number and they should get you going again.
