I saw Resized Autogen Textures in the Avsim Library. And wondered if they could be used with GEX and UTX installed? Does it help? Would it be a good idea to install them ?Thanks for any replies

I always install the reduced Autogen textures after installing FSX with SP2. There is a solid performance gain. Now I wonder, did installing GEX replace them again? Should I reinststall the reduced textures?

GEX doesn't include custom autogen textures but supposedly they're working in a free addon which will introduce this. Those textures will probably be at least the same resolution as the standard autogen textures which might cause performance issues if you don't have alot of RAM or VRAM.
