You just needed to follow the first link on the FSInsider Developer's page, which takes you to the Flight Simulator section of the ESP MSDN Dev Center :-> We are in the process of consolidating all of the dev information for all 3 Aces products (ESP, FS, and TS) under the ESP MSDN Dev Center (http://www.msdn.com/esp).Here's the link to the FS page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/esp/cc742007.aspx and on the right hand side is a download links box, and the first item in that list is "FSX SDK - SP2 Update".
