April 11, 200323 yr I can't imagine, if the display looks as good as the shots in the screenshots forum, that the GeForce is bad....Instead of adjusting all the sliders to the left, I suggest this--First, delete your FS2002.cfgFS2002 will rebuild itself with the default settings. Then, go to display settings and just shut off AI, Water Detail & Reflections, Autogen, shadows, and make sure your sim resolution is 800x600 to start. Don't adjust any other slider. See if your performance is improved. If it is, and you find it acceptable, then go back to the settings you turned off, and turn each on in turn, measuring performance along the way.To rule out the GeForce, how is it with other gaming apps or sims? If FS2002 is the only thing that suffers, then the issue is most likely with FS2002. Also, in order to rule out the GeForce, at least consider the driver and directX reinstall I suggested. But before doing any of this, try my suggestion with the FS2002.cfg. Rebuilding that can sometimes resolve many issues, which are just too challenging to guess at without seeing someone's system. When you installed FS2002, did you do a full install?
