Free download of airline call signs

Hi all.When I'm hosting and doing ATC in multiplayer sessions I notice that people use different methods to set up the call sign for their aircraft. Microsoft hasn't helped as it uses one field (Airline callsign) to do 3 things namely (airline code, airline name and call sign).
