February 10, 200917 yr How in the world can I program FSX to start free-flight with the aircraft "cold and dark"?Briefly:Start FSX with the aircraft you want to use. Shut down all systems so it is cold and dark. Save the flight in FSX, making sure to tick the box that says 'Make this flight the default' (not the exact wording but you get the idea).Next time you start FSX, the aircraft will be in a cold and dark state. Some payware add-ons have configuration utilities that you can use set the aircraft to a cold and dark state, too.
