February 21, 200917 yr I was in southern California (SAN) last week, and couldn't help notice the green textures of the grasses, the trees (with leaves on) and the palm trees. (I live in the Denver area, and at this time of year- winter- the default "desert" textures are correct, but not so in CA).Is there some way that I could get the green textures in CA on an FSX flight and retain the desert textures for the Denver area?I see a topic discussing REX and FEX and don;t know if either of these applications would provide this solution or not:http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...view=getnewpostThanks, Bruce.
