March 16, 200917 yr Hi all.How can I fly the MD-11 using VHF Nav equippment as a navigation source? This is what I do: I tune a specific VOR station on NAV/RAD FMC page, and select a desired radial, then I select the *VOR ARM (white VOR ARMED message appears on FMA), but The plane overshoots the radial. That happends flying either HDG o FMS NAV selected mode until radial to capture. The aircraft continues route or heading without capture. Other way I tried was activating on MENU FMC page the NAV/RAD feature, with same negative results. Any help? Thank you.
