May 2, 200323 yr Hi everybody,Been using ACS-GPS for a long time now. (FS98, 2K and now 2K2)When I am flying in Eastern Canada the heading for my target destination will read higher than 360 degrees. Wind corrected heading is ok. For example from Goose Bay, Newfoundland to Davis Inlet, Newfoundland the heading is 381 degrees. Tried to make the same problem happen in Western Canada but the ACS-GPS gauge works ok. Anybody else notice this or is it just me? Seems to be related to the magnetic variance because if the heading is greater than the mag variance then there is no problem and the reading is ok.Thanks for any insight or input.John Cottreau
