I used the 3GB switch for FSX when I had XP32 bit.Now that I run Vista 64 bit, is this switch still of any use?Thanx.

Nope.As long as you have FSX SP2 or Acceleration installed, then FSX.exe is >2Gb aware, and the 64-bit OS doesn't have the limitations (4Gb Address Space, 2Gb for Apps/2Gb for OS) that the 32-bit ones does.
